They do not sell/deliver test toolkits or software diagnostic tools to third-party 3rd party vendors. Zeiss engineers have accredited knowledge to be able to troubleshoot, repair and fully calibrate devices after repair or maintenance. Passwords are not provided to allow access to the device service menus of 3rd party providers. Software upgrades are continuously developed, approved and installed by a qualified technician when completed for routine coupling, calibration or maintenance or completed by Zeiss Remote Device Support.
